ADB-EXIM Trade Finance Program

ADB-EXIM Trade Finance Program enables EXIM Bank to confirm Letters of Credit (LC) issued by 78 ADB Participating Issuing Banks from 16 Asian countries. The facility is available to Malaysian incorporated companies that wishes to export goods to any or ADB Developing Member Countries. Aligned with EXIM Bank's mandated role, the facility is targeted to bolster exports volume and to foster trade transactions between Malaysia companies and the 43 ADB Developing Member Countries.

Purpose ADB-EXIM TFP provides guarantee (up to 100%) to Exporter on the LC issued by the Participating Issuing Bank. Eligibility

• Exporter has to be a Malaysian-incorporated company
• Trade between Malaysia and 43 ADB Developing Member Countries
• Goods that are not on the list of ADB Excluded Goods and Contracts

Guarantee Amount Up to 100%. Tenure Based on tenure of LC. Fees and other charges 0.1% of the guarantee amount. Currency Ringgit Malaysia, United States Dollars, Euro and other acceptable currency.
