Driven, passionate and independent - this is how i would describe myself. As the co-founder as well as Head of Operations of VNI Scientific Sdn Bhd since 2017, I have had to wear many hats including formulator, designer, sales and customer relations and even website designer in our initial start up days. These days I focus on ensuring production and operations run smoothly to produce 30,000 units of products in a month and lead a team of 20 employees, part timers and interns at any given time.
From my schooldays as a soap maker, to brand owner of Herlysa Enterprise after graduation from Limkokwing University in 2016 and now in VNI, I have built up competencies, skills and valuable experience of being a solopreneur, entrepreneur and now a working director of an small OEM cosmetics company that is GMP and Halal certified.
I enjoy sharing my journey with students and youths in talks on entrepreneurship and have been fortunate to be able to participate in courses and have received various awards from government agencies to acknowledge
young female entrepreneurs in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
