Sharpen Your Sword and Battle UP!
This 2-day workshop will cover the following topics:-
Day 1, Wednesday 17th Nov 2021, 8.30am - 1pm
1) Funding 101 and ecosystem
2) Valuation
3) Due-diligence
Day 2, Thursday 18th Nov 2021, 8.30am - 1pm
1) Term sheet
2) Negotiation
3) Path ahead, Series A & beyond
There will also be a separate session for startup-VC matching on the second half of the workshop (2 - 4.30pm on both days, 15 minutes for each startup). A selection process will be conducted by the VCs and ONLY selected startups will be invited to attend the matching session and meet with potential VCs. The selected startups will receive a new Zoom link and time slot for the matching session.
Those who are not selected for the matching session will still be able to attend the workshop. A Zoom link for the workshop will be automatically sent after registration.
Note: This application form will require you to share a pitch deck for the matching session selection process purposes. If you are not interested in the matching session or do not intend to share a pitch deck, you can still join the workshop via MaGIC FB Live
