EPIC Communities provide spatial and community development services and products to anybody. We want to be able to improve the environment in which we lived in by finding a harmonious relationship between PEOPLE and PLACES. Most of the developments around us lacks public & community participation throughout the planning, design and implementation stages. This resulted in lack of ownership, empowerment & cooperation among the people living in those developments. The value that we provide to our clients and stakeholders (much preferred to refer as our Community) is our inclusive approach in sustainable development planning, design & build service & community programming. Driven by our core principles of cooperation, resilience and sustainability, we have integrated these principles in our methodology and together with our growing collective of sustainability partners, we strive to transform and define the future communities around us.
