Senior Executive, Global and Portfolio Account Management, Partnership - Ecosystem Development (2 positions)

The Senior Executive for Global & Portfolio Account Management will support the Manager to build partnerships with local and international corporates, tech companies, universities, research institutes (corporates, startups, and university spin offs). The individual will be responsible for managing the database by regularly profiling the companies and funnelling the companies to potential interventions or services offered by MRANTI (i.e: to be able to connect the dots). In addition, the Senior Executive will be tasked to manage projects from end-to-end by working with a team of executives and supported by the Manager. Occasionally, weekend assignments/events participation are expected for this position.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Sciences.
Prior experience in managing databases of portfolio companies, stakeholder management or client account management, strategy and project management is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Innovation, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or related position.
High Proficiency in MS Office, databases, email and digital communication tools/ platform.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and commit to deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
High proficiency in stakeholders management.
Ability to grasp complex concepts/ policies/ procedures, present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
Ability to develop creative solutions and drive implementation.
Strong organisational, project management and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attention to details.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self driven, motivated and goal oriented.
Ability to travel on assignment as and when required.

Responsibilities

To build relationships with local and international corporates, tech companies, universities, research institutes and consolidate information of these organisations on a single database platform
To profile, analyse and identify suitable programmes or interventions for corporates and tech companies to consider participating
To assist in projects from end-to-end including planning, execution, monitoring and review
To support Manager, Senior Manager and Senior Leadership proposing intervention strategies for the growth of the corporates and tech companies in the portfolio activities
Provide a monthly report on the intervention status of the corporates and tech companies
Responsible for delivering KPIs set by the Head of Department
To assist and support Partnership team in events and activities that are aligned to KPI
To profile 50 companies (corporates, startups, and university spin offs) per year
Gather marketing and promotional materials, collaterals, etc. for the corporates and tech companies
Update the database of new corporates and tech companies
Attend meetings and networking events with corporates and tech companies to build close rapport and client relations
Support in developing documentations/memos/proposals required by project team members e.g. project proposals, execution memos, letters of partnership, MoUs/MoAs.
Execute additional assignments/ projects/ initiatives from time to time as agreed with HOD.
