Job Requirements
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, or a related field of study
-5+ years' of experience in design
-Ability to tackle complex system design problems
-Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative process for defining problem spaces
-Ability to quickly understand and explain the ramifications of design decisions
-A track record of shipping phenomenal experiences: You've weathered release cycles and know what details matter at each stage
-Experience with grounding decisions in quantitative and qualitative data
-Strong at developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format - making business concepts and data visually engaging

-Define strategy, objectives and sets the vision for the user experience. Oversee multiple streams of work from insight and to strategy, to launch across all platforms and devices.
-Ensures consistency across a variety of products and platforms in the end-to-end user experience.
-Defines and evangelises Flux's design language system throughout the organisation.
-Distill complex subscription logic and leverage upon data to create simple user experiences.
-Collaborate with the Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientist, Researchers and Content Strategists to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new features and services.
-Ensure the quality of new releases meets the Flux standard.
