We are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker to join our team! Our Growth Hacker is a strong communicator who loves to solve problems together while being part of a transparent, diverse, hardworking and supportive family. If you have experienced the fast pace of startups and are eager to grow with us, we should talk!  As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for delivering the best experience to both internal and external stakeholders, which makes your role extremely important for our success as we continue to digitize and empower the industry. What you will be working on:

 

 

 

-Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels

 

-Identifying, developing and optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth

 

-Experimenting with different marketing ideas/ channels, familiarity with A/B testing

 

-Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

 

-Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand

 

-Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)

 

-Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different growth channels

 

-Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, Sales, Top Management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.

 

-Design creative, yet effective digital and viral marketing campaigns that scale easily.

 

-Gather input, develop and own the marketing plan / strategy for the business.

-You are data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.

 

-You are sociable and able to understand users’ behavior. Having great customer relations skills and being focus on customer experience (Note: being a people's person should be part of the growth hacker's capabilities but is also part of the the anatomy of an entrepreneur.You have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field

 

-You have a minimum 2 years experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.

 

-You have knowledge and interest in the digital world, you are not afraid to pivot when all things fall apart.

 

-You have a creative spirit: you are capable of creating innovative marketing activities that are result-oriented

 

-You have good understanding on principles of brand identity design (color, imagery, typography, layout)

 

-You are a problem solver who is detailed and user oriented, with the ability to discuss and explain options.

 

-You are relentless in pursuit of growth

 

-You are not afraid to communicate with different stakeholders, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

-You have a strong sense of responsibility and pro-activity.

 

-If you have experience with B2B platforms in the medical space, that would be amazing!

 

-You are a people leader who is not afraid to have challenging conversations. You love to empower, guide and mentor your team.
