Assistant Manager, Performance Analyst - Technology

We are looking for an outstanding individual to support MRANTI’s Data Strategy, responsible for unlocking the value from data, to drive national and organisational goals, through tangible benefits such as increasing revenue, cost savings, avoidance, efficiency and meeting national reporting demands.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science
Certification in data reporting technologies is an advantage
3-5 years overall experience in data management disciplines
Experience in working on at least 2 enterprise-scale data quality implementation projects
Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Management principles.
Good understanding of enterprise applications and data repositories like Data warehouse, Data Lake etc.
Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.)

Responsibilities

Drive the data products roadmap and benefits, define the key underlying approach and adhering principles e.g.: reusability, replicability of data models
Conceptualise and design data-driven opportunities to add value to the business by leveraging analytics and data science
Drive the execution of data products with the support of data analysts, engineers, and analysts, working closely with business leaders
Provider leadership with internal business partners to perform prioritisation, communication and stakeholder management
Ensure the data products are developed in line with the business needs and expectations to deliver real business value
Create data-driven culture and awareness through engagement and communication on the data activities
Lead the data operations to improve business efficiency using data, turning problem statements into actionable insights.
