-Good communication skills and proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus point
-Is a Malaysian citizen
-Able to navigate MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Customer-oriented, with a high level or urgency and speed in support
-Able to work well independently but at the same time a dynamic team player
-Client support experience is helpful, but fresh graduates with a passion for proptech are encouraged to apply
Your role will require you to:
-Setup new clients with their subscribed services
-Onboard new clients onto the MHub platform
-Provide training, tutorial, and guidance to said clients, either physically or virtually. Travelling is required for physical training.
-Provide technical assistance and product support for your client accounts
-Consult and advice clients on effective SOPs to bring about effective digital transformation in their work practices
-Manage the submission and tracking of bugs and enhancement requests with the product development team and providing timely updates to clients/the community
