We are hunting for a responsible, hardworking, passionate, and creative leader to manage together the education team and to effectively manage end-to-end Me.reka’s flagship education programme and sales -- develop and empower young, adult, and kids beneficiaries and communities with 21st-century skills.
The assistant manager is expected to oversee and deliver the teams' objectives and strategic planning, lead and provide insights and analyses to the team members, improve performance and establish short and long-term strategic planning. Training and Instructional Design
-Work within the education team to deliver training and teach for the Me.reka education programmes and follow the Me.reka Andragogy
-Develop, implement, and design the online educational content and the lesson plans that lead our blended learning journeys to success, as per Me.reka Andragogy.
-Advise and train other team members on ID procedures and standards.
-Manage and report the progress of students' assignments and mentorships.
-Content focus: Business development, BMC, customer management, digital marketing, social entrepreneurship, content creation, design thinking, sustainability, civic engagement, and more.
-End-to-end project management, from planning to final report preparation, and liaising with the client and participants
-Direct, monitor, approve and oversee Me.reka’s programme marketing and communications, and the work of the marketing and communications team and freelancers
-Set, monitor, and review budget, timeline, and resources and identify opportunities to optimize resources
-Track and measure program impact
-Work within the Business Development and Sales team especially in developing and executing strategic sales and development-related matters, engaging with potential clients and communities, exploring new partnership opportunities.
-Your aim will be to increase sales potential through various mediums and collaborations.
