Executive, Communication - Strategic Communication

To assist in coordinating communications related matters including public relations, internal communications, branding and marketing efforts. This includes public relations and communications tactics as well as the execution of media relations strategies and plans.

Duties include preparing and writing content as well as helping to vet content for public relations engagement and media purposes such as press releases, speech, interview scripts, news articles, online media content, brochures/ flyers content and editorial.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in MassCommunication/ Media Relations/ or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year working experience in a communications/marketing/journalism role or similar role.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of public relations and media activities, execution of marketing
communications and media plans.
Assist in the preparation, writing and editing of content for marketing and media purposes,
including but not limited to media briefing documents, press releases, speeches, interview scripts, news articles, online media content, brochures, flyers, web pages, videos etc.
Assist in creating and executing marketing, communications and public relations campaigns/plans that will enhance the organisation’s image and position within the general public.
Assist in identifying new and effective marketing strategies to promote and market the company’s various programmes, events, initiatives, and courses as needed.
Assist in developing and producing marketing communications materials, product marketing and overall marketing collateral to support the company’s core activities.
Support the development and deployment of the internal communications strategy and disseminate the key points to the wider organisation.
Roll-out tailored communication on high-level organisational strategies and programmes.
Continue to build, train and support the organisation with the internal communications function.
Ensure ongoing alignment with external communications, by developing a strong working relationship with colleagues in the external communications, HR, marketing team and other business units.
