Associate, National Policy Management Unit - Strategy

To support MRANTI National Policy Management Unit’s day-to-day operations and strategic project(s) management under the following scopes:

To facilitate internal & external communication as well as stakeholder engagement for the assigned initiatives, projects, reporting and engagements
To support daily administrative work including but not limited to ad-hoc engagements, correspondence, reporting and documentation.
To support MRANTI’s Strategy Division overall administrative and ad-hoc matters as and when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in supporting or leading project management and/or stakeholder engagement.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral) with core experiences in supporting stakeholder management and project management proposal(s) development activities through enterprise software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Offices are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work with recent technological applications and enterprise software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Offices
Strong design sense with the ability to visualise basic to intermediate-level data into easy-to-understand information in slides.
Exceptional relationship skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of any individuality, irrespective of the background and personality
Strong customer-oriented communication skills.
Independent with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
Comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to navigate uncertainty.

Responsibilities

Support the National Policy Unit with communications and engagements related to national policies and initiatives led by the Malaysian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation as well as other Malaysian ministries where MRANTI is involved.
Support the National Policy Unit's daily activities including but not limited to the preparation of proposals, logistics and any activities that contribute to the success of the engagements.
The alternative focal point in monitoring project progress and action items (if any) with acceptable turnaround time.
Assist the National Policy Unit with data collection, basic data management, ad hoc research and development of project proposal(s) as and when required.
Ensure any engagements under the National Policy Unit are documented and communicated to relevant internal & external stakeholders in accordance with the set protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
