Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of various Google Workspace Productivity apps (Gmail, Chat, Meet, Calendar; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites for collaboration)
- Excellent organizational and mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Communication and leadership skills
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- A team player with high-level of dedication
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations to deliver quality food, customer service, and awareness of our social mission
- Monitor the overall receiving, outlets, and stocks inventory
- Maintain documentation and accurate records of outlets activities
- Ensure effective and safe use of Foodbike equipment the standard operating procedures are followed and maintained consistently
- Identify and work closely with new food vendors to introduce new products
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and cleanliness as required by company requirements
- Manage monthly stock count and the overall movement of inventory
