• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience preferably in a project environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral). 
• Experience in statistical tools, programming and enterprise softwares (i.e. Google Workspace, Microsoft Offices).
• Strong customer-oriented communication skills with the ability to communicate and articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical sense and able to visualise basic to intermediate-level data into easy to understand information in slides.
• Appreciate technology & innovation agendas, local or global news and market insights.

Data Management

• Analysing data using statistical techniques and providing reports.
• Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems.
• Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining data systems.
• Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filtering and cleaning data.
• Working with management to prioritise business and information needs.
• Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.
• Communicating findings to management and other stakeholders.

Operation and Administration

• To provide data-driven solutions to address business challenges to sustain the company’s business requirements that contribute toward achievement of overall strategic plan and operational excellence that support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• To support the Strategy Division’s overall administrative and ad-hoc matters as and when required.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realisation of the job purpose.
