• Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Fields related to Science, Technology and Innovation are an added advantage. 
• At least 1 year of experience in the management field.
• Has worked with a wide variety of clientele especially from academia and the private sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues within and beyond the immediate work unit, contributing to the achievement of team goals.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement, proven ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and systems consistently, provide advice and drive creative solutions through to implementation within the immediate work area.
• Demonstrated high-level computer skills using Word, Excel, databases and email with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Operations: 

• Assist to manage the overall co-secretariat agencies which includes scheduling the secretariat meetings, managing the content of the meetings and post-meeting reports and follow-ups. 
• Assist to build and maintain relationships with co-secretariat members. 
• Assist to develop and maintain governance and compliance with co-secretariat functions. 

Application Management: 

• Assist in the management of applications: which includes application processing, application filtering and preparation of recommendations. 
• Assist in making recommendations for review and approval. 
• Assist as a technical assessor for applications submitted under the NTIS programme. 
• Assist in prescreening - Technical Assessment of the applicants on IP & commercialisation. 
• Assist in preparing due diligence and technical study to present during the Technical Committee (TC) and Executive Steering Committee (ESC). 

Client Management: 

• Assist in the management of inquiries and complaints from applicants. 
• Assist in account management of Sandbox participants. 
• Assist in consultation one-to-one with NTIS applicants and handholding throughout the programme and IP & commercialisation. 
• Assist in university engagement in promoting NTIS and IP & commercialisation 
• Project Delivery: 
• Assist in intervention initiatives of Sandbox participants. 
• Assist to track, monitor and report the progress of Sandbox participants. 

Other responsibilities: 

• Assist other NTIS team members when needed. 
• Other duties instructed by the management team and supervisor. 
• Engage stakeholders in the quadruple helix.
• Participate in speaking engagements related to NTIS such as seminars, workshops and judging panels.
• Constantly monitor assigned projects/work in accordance with the target and milestones set.
• Support activities from other units in Technology Commercialisation.
