Senior Manager, Talent Development - Human Resource

The Head of Talent Development is responsible for creating and implementing talent development strategies to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities within MRANTI to ensure holistic talent development implementations and business sustainability. This individual formulates and manages training and development policies and procedures in order to increase capabilities across MRANTI to drive high performance culture and support MRANTI’s corporate values, business strategies and objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology or any relevant field.
10+ years of experience in talent development or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful programmes and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of talent development trends, strategies, and best practices.
Experience managing budget, timelines and resources for large-scale talent development initiatives.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Design, deliver, and evaluate talent development programmes and initiatives, including leadership development, career development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Partner with the senior leadership team to identify talent development needs and create tailored solutions.
Manage the budget, timelines, and resources for talent development initiatives, ensuring that they meet or exceed quality standards and program goals.
Utilise various learning and development tools and platforms to deliver and track training and development programmes.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to deliver best-in-class learning and development solutions.
Analyse talent development data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve programmes and initiatives.
Coach and mentor employees to enhance their performance, career growth, and development.
