Rajen has strong experience in digital transformation and business development which spans over 20 years. In his current role at MaGIC, he bridges corporates and startups on open innovation platforms and curates corporate innovation programmes. He also leads the Partnership Department at MaGIC which develop programmes for startups and
social enterprises to scale their business by connecting and leveraging on the innovation ecosystem. In his previous experience at the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), his role encompasses developing digital adoption programmes for Malaysian corporates and SME’s to embrace a structured approach in digital transformation. In addition to that, he played a key role in developing new markets for Malaysian technology companies to access Asia Pacific and the Middle East countries. He has experience in dealing with various industry verticals from financial services to logistics, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and the public sector with regards to emerging technology adoption and corporate innovation.
