Good Farm Practice Scheme Malaysia (SALM)

A certification scheme drafted by the Agriculture Department which is based on the environmental friendly, workers welfare and safety concern is meant to recognise farms that adopt Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in providing quality products which are safe and suitable for consumption. This scheme is based on the (SALM) Standard and based on Malaysian Standard MS 1784 2005 Crop Commodities - Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
