To assist local Bumiputera entrepreneurs who have business or local product which is able to be developed through the franchise system. Franchise consultants will be appointed by the Government to guide the entrepreneurs in developing their franchise business system. The costs of the consultancy services are funded by the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism.
