IPASA - APP THAT WORKS FOR YOU

IPASA is a ambitious community project designed by Riverbank Academy to cater for the development of community in more holistic way

  1. IPASA will be Riverbank's  initiative with NEEDO (National Entrepreneurship Empowerment Development Organisation). It helps stimulate growth and survival in small businesses by supporting business owners and managers to build their business planning and management capability through specialist training, mentoring and technology related tools.

  2. IPASA will provide low cost targeted assistance to small businesses with growth aspirations. An independent business planning specialist will help to assess their strategic goals and objectives and assist in the development and implementation of business and workforce plans

  3. IPASA ensures the business sustainability. It also able to implement plans that are developed, participating businesses will have access to coaching sessions with the planning specialist to help facilitate the plans and embed capability within the business.
