StartFund’s mission is to enable the funding and creation of 1,000 new early-stage startups or MVPS by the year 2022.

Raising funds amidst this backdrop is challenging even for seasoned entrepreneurs. StartFund was conceptualized as a way to increase efficiency of how startup investors meet with tech entrepreneurs, and thereby increase the number of meetings between entrepreneurs and investors.

As the most comprehensive directory of the tech startup investors in Malaysia, StartFund will list angel investors, early-stage VCs, family offices, CVCs, accelerators, equity crowdfunding (ECF) platforms, private-equity, and government agencies, all centralized.

Registered StartFund users will be able to express their interest to meet investors, and be able to engage them via 3 different formats;

PITCH - formally pitch an investor
MENTOR - conduct ‘office-hours’ with an investor
MEET - get to know an investor
