Problem Statement
Children today lack of life skills and have loss learning due to months of school closures.
Problems include lack of motivation, play deprivation, loss of loved ones due to covid pandemic, missing online classes as they need to help parents earn income to put food on the table.
Before pandemic, many children do not go to school due to many reasons. During the pandemic, more children are affected and the education gap has grown wider. If we don't help them now, the long term effect will cause high unemployment amongst young people.
Solution
Our project will help motivate the children, from 10 years, to enjoy learning by instilling life skills and growth mindset to ultimately, encourage school children to attend classes regularly to improve school attendance and drop-out rates.
Our programmes are impact-focussed as we help build the awareness of SDGs in our workshops, Sandbox and other interactive activities to create curiosity and excitement for them to learn to find purpose and impact others in their wider community.
Other Details
We go to rural and urban areas to ensure life skills development are easily accessible to the vulnerable children.
