Product Manager - Developer Platform

About the role

We're seeking for a passionate Product Manager to drive the roadmap and strategic direction of our core property developer-facing web and mobile applications for sales and customer relationship management. This person is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle including gathering, prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision and strategy to ensure customer and business goals are met.

 

Job Requirements

-Mid-senior level experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner or similar role.

 

-Demonstrate high EQ and possess strong communication skills.

 

-Passionate about real estate industry with an understanding of the holistic landscape.

 

-Experience in managing CRM and sales management platforms.

 

-Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into concrete action plans.

 

-Familiar with HTML and CSS.

 

-Have experience working withresponsive Layouts, Microservice architectures, offline-first designs.

 

-Knowledge in Javascript and Go language.

 

-Experience in Google Analytics or any data tracking tools preferred.

 

-Comfortable actively working with engineers and participating in technical discussions.

 

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills - multi-lingual preferred.

 

-Experience in the customer discovery and product requirement development process.

 

-Detail-orientated with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.

 

-Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with cross-teams.

 

-Familiar with agile development teams and workflows within JIRA, Confluence and similar systems.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

 

-Define, plan and prioritize product features delivery, that enable developers to have a frictionless experience and smooth pre-sales to sales operation, taking into account multiple inputs from user needs, and from internal Community and Growth teams.

 

-Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research and competitive benchmarking to better understand and optimize the user journey.

 

-Collaborate closely with other product teams and internal stakeholders for internal and external integration effort to ensure cross-platforms stability and to develop a deep empathy for users on our platforms (pre-sales until post-sales).

 

-Work together with QA team to manage end-to-end testing of the functionality and performance of the platform upon release of new and enhanced features.

 

-Lead, communicate and align with Head of Product, Executive levels and teams on the product vision and strategies to drive adoption and user engagement on Developer platform.

 

-Work with designer and marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launch plans to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption among key audience segments.

 

-Track and measure the success of the product adoption and perform post launch evaluations from pre-sales to sales.

 

-Translate roadmap initiatives into digestible EPICs and tasks with clear prioritization among features.

 

-Help your team get the best out of their day: unblock them, check in with them daily, retrospect as a team, plan ahead and manage availability, and give regular feedback.
