We provide auxiliary services as advisory counsel and customised private equity plans to clients. We are involved in private equity investments from venture capital through to late stage activities such as: assisting founders/owners to exit pricing discovery in valuing an entrepreneur’s business providing an alternative to taking a company public providing financial expertise to enhance shareholder value These activities are captured within Kenanga Themed Private Equity Funds. We focus on buy-outs, buy-ins and mezzanine funding, domestically and regionally.
